For the Windows 10 May 2019 Update, Microsoft will invest more time collecting feedback prior to making the update widely offered.
Microsoft helpline number is indicating that it has learned in the troubled launch of fall's Windows 10 feature upgrade.
The Redmond, Wash. based company said that for another feature upgrade --the Windows 10 May 2019 Update--additional time will be obtained gathering feedback from testers prior to making the upgrade widely offered.
The move comes following Microsoft customer service.

"The final May 2019 Update build will spend increased time in the Release Preview Ring of this Microsoft customer care phone number will help you in Insider Program, allowing us to collect more feedback and insights on compatibility and performance at scale prior to making the update more widely available," wrote Mike Fortin, corporate vice president for Windows, in a blog post.
Microsoft support phone number expects enlarged interaction with partners such as OEMs and ISVs to help improve initial caliber, Fortin wrote.
The company will also internally deploy the May 2019 Update for workers, and encourage employees to try the update on their personal devices, as well.
"By carefully studying data from this enlarged population and for this extra time, we'll gain increased confidence in Windows caliber before offering it to a wider audience afterwards in May," Fortin wrote.
"The prior blocker was sensed, both in the media and among some customers, as being much bigger gap than it was," he explained. "I think that the telemetry--as well as my talks with employees --back this up position. But in order to ensure this rollout lands more easily, I believe you're likely to see during the next month a significant number of individuals within the Windows Insider program get'the last bits' of the 1903 launch and validate that it is OK."
